Shipping options

We know you’re excited to get your latest Body by Bailey gear, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout Upon finalising your order online, there will be options for you to choose from.

Pick up address & details will be sent to you in your order confirmation email.

Delivery

Delivery will take place within 7 - 10 working days once the order has been placed. 

You will receive and email once your order has been shipped and when it has been delivered.

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to meet expected delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, we will make contact and keep you updated at all times.

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Sunday.

Please be advised that when there are national holidays orders may experience longer processing and delivery times. 

Import liabilities & taxes

If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs and there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that Body by Bailey does not cover import liabilities that may be applied. Body by Bailey will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. 

Body by Bailey does not accept any responsibility for notifying customers that their package(s) customs duties and taxes need to be paid.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.  

The refund & exchange policy below only applies to faulty garments. 

Body by Bailey does not offer size or colour refunds nor do we accept exchanges for any items that are limited edition, all purchases are final and unable to be swapped/exchanged.

Refunds and exchanges are applicable where the products are:

1. Faulty (Other than where the fault is caused by the customer)

2. The incorrect size sent by Body By Bailey (and if we are unable to offer an exchange for the the correct size) A refund and exchange policy will then apply.

FAULTY GARMENTS

Returns for Faulty items will be accepted where they are returned to our facility within 7 days of the date of delivery. Items returned later than the 7 day period will not be accepted.  

Returns will be accepted where the items are:

1. Unworn, undamaged and unmarked;

2. In their original condition and original packaging; and

3. With the original labels.

If a faulty item is received, you are required to send photo evidence to ninahbailey@gmail.com. If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being returned. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufactures fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided.

PACKAGING

Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged appropriately to ensure that it does not get damaged during the return delivery.

REFUNDS

In the event that you receive a faulty item and we are unable to exchange that item for you we will refund you.  Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your faulty item(s)

Please allow 3-10 working days after we receive that item for your refund to appear in your account.

COST OF RETURNS

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to our facility. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they are in our possession.  

We recommend that you use trackable and insured courier service.

Body by Bailey will not be held liable for items that do not reach us and that cannot be tracked.
